Le coefficient de capacit\u00e9 thermique peut atteindre 300 \u00e0 500 cal\/m\u00b2h\u00b7\u00b0C. Il s'agit d'une nouvelle technologie de s\u00e9chage \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et \u00e0 s\u00e9chage rapide, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par un coefficient de transfert thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9. Elle permet de produire jusqu'\u00e0 8 tonnes par heure de mat\u00e9riaux secs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c9conomies d'\u00e9nergie, faible co\u00fbt<\/strong><br \/>Il s'agit d'un \u00e9quipement \u00e0 commande enti\u00e8rement automatique, fonctionnant en continu. Il pr\u00e9sente un rendement thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'utilisation d'un \u00e9tat avanc\u00e9 tel que la vapeur surchauff\u00e9e. Il permet d'\u00e9conomiser entre 15% et 20% d'\u00e9nergie par rapport \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9chage classique. Quatre types de combustibles peuvent alimenter le four \u00e0 air chaud : le fioul, le gaz, le charbon et la biomasse. Un s\u00e9choir aliment\u00e9 au charbon n\u00e9cessite entre 150 kg et 500 kg de charbon pour produire une tonne de mati\u00e8re s\u00e8che.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bonne qualit\u00e9 de s\u00e9chage<\/strong><br \/>Il est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'un alimentateur \u00e0 vitesse variable dot\u00e9 d'un dispositif de nivellement permettant d'assurer un chargement uniforme. Les s\u00e9choirs fonctionnant au fioul ou au gaz sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s d'un moteur de combustion muni d'un r\u00e9gulateur proportionnel ; les s\u00e9choirs \u00e0 charbon utilisent quant \u00e0 eux un r\u00e9gulateur \u00e0 logique floue. L'humidit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre r\u00e9gul\u00e9e automatiquement. Cela permet non seulement de garantir la qualit\u00e9 du s\u00e9chage, mais aussi d'\u00e9viter la perte des principes actifs de la mati\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, bonnes conditions de travail<\/strong><br \/>Les conduites sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de dispositifs de d\u00e9charge en cas d'explosion et d'un syst\u00e8me d'extinction automatique d'incendie, ce qui garantit une production s\u00fbre et fiable.
